Emergency Medical Associates is the Emergency Physician group that staffs Waukesha Memorial Hospital Emergency Department as well as ProHealth Waukesha Memorial- Mukwonago Hospital Emergency Department. Our billing customer service line is operated by Doctor Payments. They will answer the phone as such. You may also receive an initial contact by text message from Doctor Payments to alert you to a bill that you can access through our portal for on-line payment and review. The initial text message is the beginning of the billing process. If you don’t respond to the text message, a paper statement will be sent to the address you registered with.
